This new format will be coming to you monthly, and it will be a combo of our own thoughts on hot topics, a guest to add flavor, and a BS Sesh to allow the guests to guess the BS!

Kelly Mazur & Savannah Dill, two successful people in our community, shared a few thoughts on how far they have come, the importance of varied mentorship, and despite the stagnating rate of women in tech (23% +/-) I get a feeling of encouragement from these two, that despite more work to be done to uplift diversity, success can be attained.
